I agree 100 %

It's crazy. Everybody seems to be on low-carb diet.... at work you hear fatsos saying they can't eat this and that because they are low-carbs, yet they still keep looking like shit  

lol yeah .

I do admit that if I have a step crazyer weekend and consuming lots of calories and not eating, the next day I am very vascular and my face is more sucked in, so carb manipulation does work but it's not the only way to diet down with these people who think training  as some sort of taboo that only rambo and rocky did.
