Ramy wasn't exactly shredded in Brazil; but he wasn't in bad shape at all. Compare the two Arnold Brazil pics to the Olympia night-show pic.

If he got sick and could barely eat for a week or two before the Olympia he would be so far ahead of the pack Heath would end up standing so far in front of the line that Raphael Saratoga would be licking his pubes
