X100!! Why the fuck would you pin calves?! I dont believe in site injection to begin with so if it's an increase in size you are going for, just slam some synthol in there. Or how about you train them, jesus. BB is filled with such a broad spectrum from hard workers to lazy fucks.

the logic was this...I got a bunch a free pins at the exchange and 5/8" was all they had and I didnt want to drive home with 200 used pins so I went ahead and took them. Ive read about others pinning there and wanted to get some opinions on here. Also I have trouble doing any place other than quads and delts and want to up dose and use more spots. If thats not enough logic FUCK OFF
