I start thinking about how fat and gross everyone is, and what the hell is wrong with most people.....
then I feel like a jerk and think 'at least they are in the gym trying to do something about it'.
Then I think about how someone needs to tell them that all the cardio in the world does nothing when you
eat pure crap all day.
I forget sometimes how many people don't know that. You wouldn't believe how many people tell me
how hard they work, and you can see how disappointed they are in their results. They just don't know that
it is really all in the diet. People think they can exercise their fat away while eating the same shit that got them
to their current fat state.
