don't use any of this. some whey protein at most if you are short on time and can't be eating all the time. maybe a multi and fish oil. the rest is garbage.

Get a good Multi Vitmain, some Fish Oil, maybe CoQ10/ALA if you want to be extra cautious, and Liv52 if you're on orals. That's plenty.
