you idiot for 200$ you can run 5 iu daily of decent generic hgh and shit on all the supplements on earth together. ::)

Thanks for the enlightenment, but tell that to the welfare queens you maggot. I can afford to pay $200 for my supplements a month, GH, and AAS.

I use the following supps daily for general health & bodybuilding
1.multi-vitamins,
2.Zinc,
3.Vitamin D,
4. Magnesium, (prevent Headaches)
5.b2, to help (prevent headaches)
6. Protein powder about 2 servings daily(46 grams of protein a day)
