He'll definitely not sentenced to 40 years.  A person charged with 2nd degree murder can do as little as 10 years of time however he'll plead to a lesser charge of manslaughter and be out in about 4-5 years.....likely less.  Federal charges will run concurrent at that point or simply be dropped.


Once he's out, he'll technically be bankrupt due to the civil suit by Trayvon's Parents but Florida law prohibits any home or car from being taken so he won't even lose a dime except for donations given to him and any book deals.....and that will be the end of it.

Manhattan is ok - but insanely expensive, but the bouroughs are going to hell.  the pockets of old ethnic enclaves that keep things together are withering away in brooklyn, queens, bronx, etc. 

The roads are like driving in the mountains, crazy traffic lights, cameras, fees, fines, etc. 

Just not worth the cost anymore here with the demographic realities hitting.  In my personal nabe, it used to be all Irish and no one ever came in.  Mothers would be walking up and down the street w strollers all day, old people walking around w/o fear.   

Now, a lot of them left , boarded up stores, the thugs from wakefield are making their way over thugging up the joint, people afraid to walk around.
