What part did you not grasp.  was in the pizza place, heard screaming from next door from guy hit w bottle, few of us from pizza place rushed into news stand, in the chaos, one dude bolted, rest of us got the other guy on the ground, others held him down until cops came.

I was not about to chase that dude down the street since didnt know if guy had weapon or not.   Dude ran to car, myself and someone else wer able to get license place number and description.

About 45 minutes ago, i walked to the corner to get a slice of pizza and drop the mail off before 5 pick up corner of 241st and Webster Ave., Bronx.  As I'm walking closer to the pizza place, I hear screamining coming from little newstand next door.  Hear things crashing.

No one assaulted the guy.  They restrained him till the cop got there.   Start beating the shit out of the thug while he is restrained on camera is a ticket to a civil lawsuit and an arrest.   No thanks.

Let me help you out.. just own it... you froze, others acted to grab one, you let the other slip by you because you were momentarily frozen with shock. Nothing to be ashamed of. It's easy to talk a big game on the net. All the things you would do if you saw this or that.. but when it suddenly is happening right there and you aren't used to it you can get frozen. It happens to people like yourself all the time. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just cut those of us who actually do something in those split seconds a little slack on ocassion
