Hello my dear friends. I have something coming up in 11 days and I hope I have time to prepare. We'll just call it a photoshoot but it's more of a modelling pageant for men (no homo)
It's Saturday the 27th so I was looking at something like this:
T-minus 6 days - Sunday:
reduced carb intake to around 100mg and 3 gallons (1 gall = 3.8l)
t-minus 5 days - Monday: same as before
t-minus 4 days - Tuesday: same as before
note: some people do high rep, reduced rest, glycogen depleting workouts
in these first 3 days
t-minus 3 days - Wednesday: carb loading and water load
bump carbs up to approx 300g a day - oats, potatoes bananas
t-minus 2 days - Thursday: carb loading and cut back water
increase carbs to around 320mg and cut water back to normal
t-minus 1 day - Friday : continue high carbs and cut out water completely about 12 hrs before
Bear in mind, I have already dropped test prop since a few days ago along with dropping HGH and bumped my tren up to 100mg a day (was 50mg before) and using some winny - about 60mg a day so far and aromasin at 20mg a day. Will I continue to use tren/winny up until the day? I have about 300mg of mast left so it's not much and I ain't gonna bother buying more gear. I'm gonna have a tan for it too so that should help me look leaner. Bf is around 10% right now I'd say.
