I didn't read the thread, but it was always obvious the guy was a gimmick who was taking the piss. Talking about being a lawyer who gives advice to Supreme Court justices in one post, then a professional personal trainer in another... 340 pounds of solid muscle, breaking a German shepherd's spine with his bare hands, a 600+ raw bench, being a 31 year old Lt Colonel...

Loved to brag about his IQ supposedly being 225 or so - basically "immeasurable". About 50 points higher than Bill Gates's is supposed to be, and nearly 100 points higher than the average lawyer. If that would have been anywhere near true, he would have probably already built the next Microsoft instead of wasting time being a $200-500 an hour lawyer and a "Reservist Special Forces Lt Colonel".

But ultimately he sacrificed all of that potential fame and fortune to share his imaginative stories and copy / paste wisdom by posting it all on internet forums 7 days a week, 20 hours a day.

There was a professor at my old university many years ago who was apparently actually so brilliant that he was able to solve some complex math problem no one else could that won him some sort of national honor.

He chain-smoked unfiltered camels, had very long hair he kept in a pony tail, wore flipflops / sandals, jeans, and Grateful Dead tee shirts. He literally looked like either a homeless bum or a skinny little Hell's Angel's wannabe - depending upon whether or not he was having a good day. Not someone who I ever aspired to be.
