Invaluable if you're doing glycogen depletion and then carb re-feeds.

creatine didnt work well for me when i was really lean, i guess cause i was livin on tuna and greenbeans. it worked very well when i was eating more and at a heavier bodyweight, prolab creatine works really good for me

I dieted down pretty far to a point while using creatine. However, I eliminated creatine for the last 3 weeks of dieting. I, noticeably, tightened up quite a bit in the last 3 weeks.
