b) When did the "bozo" fight back before the tough guy cop begins his beating? True, he isn't being completely co-operative in the beginning, but he also isn't being threatening or verbally assaultive AT ALL. And after the pig threatens to smash him with his fist, all the "bozo" does is attempt to jet.

c) Police persons obviously accept the dangers when they swear in. However, no one would not expect a cop to be reasonably cautious. Is beating a man to death who is not armed, aggressive and who suffers from a mental illness remotely reasonable? Ridiculous. How can multiple cops not be able to secure an individual like this?! I mean there are several officers on top of the dude and then another tough guy badge walks over and tazers him!

1. Why can't you(AAA = All American Assholes) learn it. If you are not one of those, shut the fuck up. If you live in the country, learn the rules.

The generalization of cops on here is a little too much.  Just like any group, there are great ones, bad ones and a lot in the middle.  Calling every black guy a thug, or every cop an asshole or every arab a terrorist is media sensationalizing at its best.

There are some great cops out there that fight crime and put their lives on the line daily.  Then there are scumbags like these asshole that are in it for the paycheck and powertrip.

What I don't usderstand is that most police forces run mental exams before allowing these guys to become cops but never run them again.  Don't they realize that you may have been a normal person coming in but years later after seeing the worst of the worst that your mind gets fucked up a bit?  They should be running mental exams on a regular basis on cops to ensure they are still up to par.

It is very simple. If officer tells you to do something, just obey and don't fight back. That is number one rule surviving with the police in USA. Why you can't learn it?. First quarter of the clip police is asking this bozo to do something to show that he can co-operate and be peaceful.  Bozo fails and start to fight back. Sad eh!, the family couldn't provide a home for there son, but have no problem in profiting from his death in part caused by his homelessness - people are shallow, I understand this behaviour, my own family are sick and twisted and very self centred, I can imagine their feigned outrage in the hope of a successful lawsuit if it was me killed in a similar circumstance - Families suck, that mother should be staunch, and follow it through to the end, if they are offering a million now, imagine how much more she could get if she stayed staunch!  She could get more money and justice for her son, she obviously doesn't have the strength to deal with a long drawn out legal battle.
