Guys like Bolt and Mayweather for instance have been stringently tested by the I.O.C. and the US Anti Doping Agency and are the best in their respective sports to ever live.

Only someone in denial would desperately try to connect real champions to steroids.  Champions like Mayweather and Bolt for instance have passed drug test so advanced you could never dream of understanding the methodology used.
