If you can suspend any knowledge of wolves and how they really behave, it's a decent movie.
Someone had pointed out the many inconsistancies of this movie. Even though i haven't  watch this movie, I gather that these weren't "ordinary" wolves?

What i dont get is why they didn't weapon up sooner.  They have long sticks.  They have glass alcohol bottles.  You make some spears.  You climb a tree.  and you start doing some stabbing.

Once more into the fray

live and die on this day

He was not kneeling on the wolf. I believe he was laying on the wolf after an epic battle.

And he does not live. He most likely dies.

Remember the poem:

Once more into the fray
Into the last fight Ill ever know.
Live and die on this day
Live and die on this day

He lived on that day, and died on that day from fighting the wolf.

Old thread, but just finished it. Great flick. I hate flying and the beginning scene made me nervous, like when I watch a person rock climbing or tight roping.

Thought it was really silly. I laughed my ass off at the ending - as did everyone in the theater. The plane crash scene was very well done though.

Epic final scene in the movie.

Liam Neesen would make a fine getbigger.
Cool movie. Pretty true to life if this were to happen.
