Phil can't train for wider clavicles , but with that being said if that's the only real flaw he's way ahead of the game

haha, I was just about to mention this. You have to be kidding me? Just goes to show, lazy bodybuilder these days cant even break a sweat. Granted, its a photoshoot, so he is not training super hard, but gee, you would break a sweat even if training with minimal poundage.

Not much explaining to do. Just tell the noobs he had to do some "favors" for a few judges to win the title. Let the interpretation be up to them  :-\
