I saw that gnarled little stump and his sketchy looking girlfriend at Somerset Place mall north of Motown about 10 years ago...it was just days before Christmas and really cold outside but this goof was wearing shorts and a tank top. I almost blurted out "you're Dave Palumbo, right?" on the elevator but caught myself when I saw that "acknowledge me and I'll try to bum $20 off you" look on his face

Dave is a highly intelligent guy and it has always
baffled me that he didn't use that intelligence in
building his physique. He let his gut get WAY out
of control and built monstrous glutes that throw
off any back shots, although he had a great back.
His condition was spectacular but he built mass
with no care for how it looked or was distributed.

You're nuts. It takes just what you mentioned he lacks to do what he did on his body. Ever see that pic of him when he was a long distance runner? He went from that to one of the biggest ever in the NPC. Just not pretty to look at....
