I just did.

Gripping a rope, mid-length will not accomplish this?

Again, where's the proof stud?

What's harder to grip when pulling weights from, a rope, nylon rubber grips or the ends of a towel?

A towel.

Don't believe me, do towel pull-ups and see how your wrists & forearms feel after a set of 10 reps.

The traction you have when using a rope or rubber grips is not present when you use a towel.

Really...since you are the expert, please privide proof.

I really am not trying to argue..just tired of this broscience shit.

Try it yourself......next time you roll to the kitchen to get your fat ass another hot pocket, throw the rope around the freezer door handle and use it to pull your extra large ass out of your electric wheelchair. You fat, lazy fuck.

Have you ever tried finger-tip chins for developing grip?

Not my fat ass. ;D I don't use straps for anything, so my grip almost never gives out.

Why do you resort to calling me names?

I have never stated to be any sort of expert.

Ok, no more passes.

I agree, a rope would be just as challenging as that BS towel.

Your point again,chump?

Even a static hold in a dead hang position is challenging.
Some guys perform these on 2x4's.

Some would consider what I said as a compliment....don't be so sensitive.
It was definitely not meant as name calling.

Again, I can appreciate all these scenarios with grip, but again, this is all purely broscience.

One more way to get people to pay for training services.

I agree. There are many ways to build grip strength, but a towel is FAR more confusing to the average out of shape individual. This was my point from the beginning.

Only a "professional" knows how to lift with a towel and must be paid.

I do these anytime I press (bench or over head), 5 sets of 12 to 20 reps, usually at the end of my workout.

Do you have actual proof for these statements found within an actual kinesiology textbook of some sort or are they merely derived from broscience?

The only time I wrap my thumb on back moves is deadlifts, other than that I always use a thumbless grip for back stuff, not sure if it helps grip, just the way I've always done it.

Huh? I am assuming that you are indeed retarded and don't have the mental capacity to understand what has been explained to you.

Your half assed attempt at trolling Coach backfired, get over it, log out of this gimmick and into another one. :-*

Yes, I am the expert. What kind of proof ate you looking for gimmick? Come train with us and I'll give you all the proof you need. We pull sleds with 300lbs on it for 40 yards with a 2" thick rope as well. Are you going to tell me that using a 1" rope  sis going to be the same? Are you looking.for.case studies? Throw up your training and let pick it apart. How bout that stud. BTW, I FUCKING love training challenges. You probably think muscle confusion is real too. Haha.

I see you are playing dumb.

Tell me, if 10 people walk into a gym and see a towel and a rubber gripped rope, how many would think the towel was a piece of gym equipment, besides drying themselves after showering.

Am I clear?

Quite clear. You are a rookie trainer and have no thought besides what you read in Flex or MD. We get it, you're here for help.

Now fuck off.

Yes....you're clearly an idiot. Most people who walk into commercial gym wouldnt knw, but then again most who walk into a gym wouldn't know what GHR is or a yolk or a tire or know what to with something that ISN'T a machine. Am I clear?

Really....reinventing the wheel huh?

I can't fault you for trying to make a buck, but come on...

How did people and athletes ever get into shape before your practices? Hmmmmmmm

Different tool, same result.

Why doesn't the NFL and other sports care about your "techniques" in the combine score, etc.?
