Damn man I am in about the same situation.. I hang out with my two old training partners. They are both 10 years older than me and have great builts!

i figured you would might be in a similar situation. people tend to be jealous especially dudes therefore we dont have many buddies. kinda lonley sometimes, cause its fun to say "hey i banged this chick" sometimes there is no one to brag too hahah

to be straight up, i just do like a full body everyday, everything to failure sometimes ill focus more on a certain group of muscles than others, cardio for me is of the most importance to my daily workout routine..i think i know where ive been f'n up though i havent been getting much protien the past 2 years but before that i used to pound the protien but i had quit taking protien powders because i really wanted to experiment with my diet by adding more fat and carbs, although i have gained in two years i think i couldve gained more if i kept the protien to atlest 100 grams a day. ive only been getting around or less than 40-50 grams for about 2 years
