Hmmm...thank you for your interest in me. The first thing I do in the morning is drop a morning DEUCE while I flip through MD...that's uaually about 7 or 7:30am...then I brew some coffee, take some glutamine and pop a few BCAA's then I flip through the paper. I usally eat 4 packets of Instant Grits w/ a bunch of 99% lean ground turkey for breakfast.
I shower and go train a client then come back to the crib and pack my food and protein and go to my day job.
It's the NEWS, what I read in the news paper and the homeys I see in front of the liquor store next to the Currency Exchange standing around that made me what I am today...on here. Thank you...thank you very much!
