Exactly! Nice post Power Rod. It amazes me that some people can't see through my humor and sarcasm and take everything so literal. McFarland got all philosophical and deep into something that is just meant to deliver a cheap chuckle in the privacy of your own bedroom...or office or where we post.

The Gay Power Pass was an extra $19.99 a month and I had to show proof of being a homo so I showed them a Cher cd and told them I thought Lance Bass was 'divine' so I got it...it's worth it, actually.

I can handle it...I got GALACTICALLY owned by a 120lb figure girl at that gym on leg day so it shouldn't be a problem.(I know alexxx is reading this and I bet he has PLENTY to say about that one)

Blockhead what time do u have to wake up in the mornings when u work? When u first wake, do u get agitated easily? Not a morning person? What do u usually eat?

Hmmm...thank you for your interest in me. The first thing I do in the morning is drop a morning DEUCE while I flip through MD...that's uaually about 7 or 7:30am...then I brew some coffee, take some glutamine and pop a few BCAA's then I flip through the paper. I usally eat 4 packets of Instant Grits w/ a bunch of 99% lean ground turkey for breakfast.

I shower and go train a client then come back to the crib and pack my food and protein and go to my day job.

It's the NEWS, what I read in the news paper and the homeys I see in front of the liquor store next to the Currency Exchange standing around that made me what I am today...on here. Thank you...thank you very much!
