Vegetables are necessary for a healthy diet, and are thus necessary for a Bodybuilding diet. Vegetables have no unhealthy fats, low calories and lots of vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. Anything that is healthy is good for bodybuilding, anything unhealthy is bad for bodybuilding. Our bodies work as a single mechanism, and if we deprive ourselves of that which is healthy or eat that which is unhealthy then we deprive our bodies of best muscle building potential.
