Need for AI on low dose test prop?

Plan is test prop 100 eod and 50mg ov car x 8 weeks.   Have some gyno now, but such a low dose of test, think I would need an AI?   Maybe low dose nolva eod? Thoughts?   Thanks

Not a chance.

It's not a bad idea to have some just in case, but on a dose that low i highly doubt you will have any estrogen related issues.

I have to dis-agree with you about letro.  I never had gyno in my life, but a cycle with suspension and anadrol, made my nips itchy, but after a few weeks I had little lumps in my boobs and had letro on hand.  let my tell you...short and miraculously, they disappeared in 3 days! mind you that they were not big and I was not PRONE to get it, but i swear by that shit and always keep on hand...just another option to try before you elect to have sugery which is very invasise and expensive... for it to be done right go to a doc that has done this on a daily basis and knows the in's and out's of bodybuilding..

if you already have gyno and  take anti estrogens etc, you will probably develop a worse gyno once you come off gear and esp when you come off anti estrogens.

and dont even read too much into letrozole, if the gyno is a real gyno, nothing but surgery will get rid of it.

you know iits gyno when it hurts and theres a clump behind nipple.

dont worry about it, if it happens, it happens.

Add 10mg Nolvadex ED through the cycle, it would be find if you only run test. I would not use test alone add 50mg ED then you wont need nolva during cycle.

Yeah no reason to take nolva. I always go with a-dex, some people prefer aromison.  He should bump it up to 100mgs ED and then he might need the AI

The AI use is a must. Guys who are on trt are prescribed an AI, safe to say guys are using more than trt doses, they should use an AI as well....

what people tend to forget is that there are more side effects from estrogen than gyno... and only an ai can deal with that.

Here's a big one for you guys...no estrogen...no muscle growth.

You run arimidex or aromasin you can kiss your gains good by.

Run something like Proviron or a very low dose of Nolvadex to control estrogen.

Proviron and nova compete for the receptor and don't try to destroy estro like the other two.

ONLY run arimidex or aromasin IF gyno flares and puffiness and lumps appear.

If flare...hit it with .25 mg/eod of aromasin or arimidex...then add letrozol (letro) starting at .25mg eod.

If you are gyno prone...run cycles with Primo, or EQ, Mast, Var, and proviron.

You'll get get results without the hazard of gyno.

I think I will go with a low dose AI since I already have gyno.    I think it's a solid cycle in which I hope to add a solid 8-10 pounds.
