Naomi Kutin, a 10-year-old from New Jersey is probably the strongest girl in the world. When she was just seven, Naomi started lifting. Now she has broken records and can squat more than 200 pounds, and she only weighs 99 pounds.

I've seen people get 400lbs out of a squat suit, so she's really only squatting -200lbs.  That can't be too bad for her growing body--probably even stretches out her spine.

Proves my theory that females have extreme advantage over men what comes to leg muscles.

Females naturally tend to have big thighs, and seems like they are fukin' strong too...most females just don't of course ever test that potential.

Props to her.  I've always thought that worries over damage to growth plates from lifting were exaggerated. The pressure sustained by the joints from the impact involved in jumping, doing gymnastics etc... has to be far, far greater.  

But that said, nothing good will come from the hybrid good morning form that she's using.

Shitty lift.  I mean, you suck if you don't use a beige inzer canvas squat suit with a monolift with an ultra-wide squat stance.  She even had the gall to do it with no wraps!  Hell she didn't even use knee sleeves.  She's young, she'll learn.   ;D

And the suits that can give a 2-400-pound advantage are multi-ply, anyway, just so you know. Not single-ply.

Females have comparatively strong lower bodies to males, yes (not even close with their upper bodies), but only in a pound-for-pound way.
