Primo vs Dbol

Am I correct in assuming that DBol is a more powerful AAS than Primo?

If this is true can someone explain to me why in terms of bodybuilding-mainly each drugs ability to build muscle.  I've read the drug profiles of each but would like real world feedback.  Any response is appreciated.

I was only asking because a friend of mine is doing a cycle of Dbol, testE, and hgh.  He said he was going to use primo on his next cycle in place of the dbol because it was more powerful.

I told him that I "though" dbol and test were both more powerful than primo just less expensive.  However, I am not 100% sure so I figured I ask.
