Yeah, I think it's overblown, though. I don't personally prescribe it, but from what I've read, the actual incidence of sexual dysfunction is small. And of those who have dysfunction, the number who experience long-term problems is even smaller. Personally, I think the benefit in slowing down mpb is worth the risk, but that's me. Then again, I prescribe total androgen blockade all the time, so perhaps I'm numb to it.
