Possibly we see here the textbook "pretty women are the most insecure", which is why she is into porn in the first place, and wants to be slapped, prodded and disgraced---she doesn't believe she deserves the attention she gets (as she says that she is an attention whore), but craves the attention this brought, because people are watching her being debased---watching expose herself for what she believes she really is.
