He has no mid lower back detail, and no, the cuts are NOT very deep...pretty shallow (compared to Phil Heath, a prime Vic or Kai), or the 90s guys...
It's quite a poor back for a guy who competes at 5'10 260-270.
At that weight, he should have a championship worthy back, but he doesn't.

Ok you just compared his back to the 3 greatest backs in bodybuilding in the last 5 years, so just cause these 3 have deeper cuts his cuts are shallow? IMO he has top 12-15 back at of all the pros, that's isn't a shitty back at all.
