hes been in scratchy form...this 9.63 is pretty much thanks to the 1.5 wind.

he surprised everyone..most fans thought he might go low 9.7 at best.

the wind has alot to do with good times... they used to adjust by 0.06 for each metre of wind assistance...its really about 0.1 for each metre.

he got perfect conditions and "still" didnt go sub 9.6. So his form isnt near how it was, but dang a 9.63 is flying...he wouldve went low 9.5 if he had 1.5 wind 2 years ago.
