How many times do you have to bust-a-nut a week?

I usually average around the 7 mark, could do that in a day as a young teen  ;D

Joe how would you structure the use of a Prowler for a complete newbie to this type of equipment - just using in a carpark to help get last few pounds off.

At the end of your regular training. Replace bike, treadmill, stairclimber, etc with prowler sprints.
