It's a very interesting subject to me, but I have no clue. I've experimented with skipping meals and eating less protein and I'm not feeling very strong.

i've read the book, it's part of the reason that i fast intermittently (I consume all of my daily calories between 2pm & 8pm, then fast for 16 hours)... How long have you been doing this, and how has it worked for you?

Yeah, I've also done a few fast days so far and I'm a bit leaner than I was 2 weeks ago. I've just struggled to do the whole 24h fast. But I usually never fast less than 16 hours.
The books have really relaxed my way of eating and I enjoy eating lower calories more than I have before. I'm not in the mindset of dieting. I just eat my food that I calculated and I don't think about it.

True, I've dropped my protein to about 120g a day and I've noticed no difference. I've lost some strength/endurance in the gym, but that's just to the low calories, although it is picking up again slowly but surely!

i'm just eating less cals now, and i don't worry about fat, carb, or pro intake, but if i'd had to make a very good and educated guess i'd say that my cal intake per day is roughly 1500-1800 and protein intake is somewhere around 70-80 grams per day, and i'm sitting @ sub-8 with visable ab lines and paper thin skin around my serratus also, i've been training much MUCH HARDER than usual, and that's what i attribute to the case of my vastly improved looks

Protein about the same, maybe a bit higher. I've been on it for only 2/3 weeks now and I've lost about 4kg. So now all I have to do is patient and in 10-12 weeks time I'm gonna be ripped. Yeah buddy

Smart. Have you noticed any atrophy or strength-loss following this protocol? How about energy levels?

Energy is good. I dropped all stimulants. No atrophy. But I have lost some strength. Of course I'm training very differently. I'm not worried about any of that. Just want to me comfortable and healthy (and I'm there).

Yes I loaded up on the coffee and green tea today. I had to study today so that kept my mind of the hunger as well. Just 2 more hours left then I can have me some 300g steak, 300g potato and some green beans. Excited!

not this time around, i took eca back in the late 90s when it was still legal and i was able to hit a legit sub-6, gh15 confirmed at this moment in time i'm not sure if i want to get down to sub-6 again, but i'm pretty sure that i could do it this time around without taking eca or any fat-burners, and without doing any cardio as well i've put a good amount of muscle on my legs recently and i still want to put a bit more on my delts and arms, my torso is my best bodypart so i'm not focused on it at all the attached pics is how i looked back in '99 when i was sitting at a legit sub-6
