I would definitely agree. I've lost 7kg so far, my legs have gotten noticeably leaner but on the other hand, my stomach has gotten smaller, but no abs are yet to be seen. That why I think that when I'm around 95kg I will have a full set of abs. But its difficult to determine at which weight I will end up

Just wanted to update my low stregnth levels on low protein. After 3 months I no longer feel weak at all. Maybe it's the hunger making me motivated, but I'm feeling very alpha and strong as fuck lately.
