Tuna

All you need is a can opener a spoon and some water. The tuna breaks apart as soon as it comes in contact with the water, it then  becomes so easy to swallow that you make quick work of what would have otherwise taken a while and been a struggle to get through.

I love this stuff.  I eat it right out of the pouch.  I eat a whole pouch for lunch, which has 32.5g Protein, 175 Calories, 7.5g Carbs, 2.5g Fat.  The "Sweet & Spicy" is my favorite.  You may not be able to find this product outside of the US yet.

I use to eat 2/3 can per day,mixed rice,balsamic vinegar,onion,or mustard,or on wheat bread ,now i get agita like crazy,don't go near it,I eat all other seafood though cooked now of course.

I thought I'd bump this as someone just told me mercury toxicity can cause sinusitus which I definitely have been suffering from recently.  This person has been trying to get me off tuna for a while now.

I hate cheap salmon though, love cheap tuna.

Take your tuna & place it in a bowl.Make yourself a 1/2 cup of rice.Mix the rice w/the tuna. Take a fresh lemon & cut it in half & squeeze the lemon's (1/2 only) juice into the bowl also.Mix a little again & enjoy!

I might be weird, but i like tuna out of the can. Add some toasted wheat bread and it is even better.
