So I am new to this website and just think im going to post something to see if I can have any feedback or a little help. Right now im going to the gym three days a week because work is kind of tuff right now. I have been doing a basic three day splirt chest tri/back bi/ shoulders legs. I have been doing 5 sets of 10,10,8,5,5... I am trying to bulk up and have been eating like a mad man. I feel like I should just go back to 3 sets of ten or eight? a buddy of mind recommended 5 sets of five. any ideas? Will be very thankful Grin
