why are these guys so delicate......
whats the point o having 22 inch arms but the get broken or muscles torn at the slightest thing outside
bbing branch tore his tri falling down a stairs ..tore a quad getting out his truck vic messes up arm arm wrestleing... huge and shredded but as delicate as flowers  :-\

my guess is because the muscles grow faster than the tendons and ligaments---those are the weak link in the chain.

its because their bodies are already at max stress from training. i know a guy that tore a tris when his 2 year old kid "hit" his arm. Obviously the tear was always there, just needed something to pop.

It's those fucking Ninjas again. The attack is very similar to what happened to Flex Wheeler. Just before a contest they descend out of darkness to inflict maximum damage to a beautiful body oiler and muscle pumper.
