Baroni, probably suffers from CTE. Not giving that asshole an excuse though.

The "New York Badass" was a mediocre fighter at his best. He just garnered some attention because of his charisma, and that he was juiced to the gills.

He had like one memorable fight if I'm correct, where he put someone away pretty quickly with a tko. He was the Buff Bagwell of mma.

I read that he had noticeable CTE symptoms back in 2006/2007. And it’s probably gotten a lot worse now.

Can’t let him back into society...  ever.

Symptoms? Maybe they can tell that, but as far as I know, they can't properly diagnose CTE until the person is dead.

That's why you had a football player kill himself (not using the head) and telling the family and doctors to study his brain. I think Junior Seau ended up having it too.

I can't imagine how many dudes that are, or have been involved in contact sports, are walking around with early stages, or full blown CTE.

A guy like Tua for the Dolphins comes to mind.

Apparently about 20 years ago, Mark Coleman made the mistake of calling Baroni’s father. That phone call was tapped, and Coleman was confronted by federal agents. Coleman learned that Baroni’s father was involved deeply in mafia stuff.
