cmon bro, most I would ever take would be 50mg and thats really pushing it lol.

For most of my adult life I could not run more than 1 mile without experiencing pain. One day I went into a runners store, one of the specialists had me run in the store barefoot. Turns out that I have extreme flat feet and my ankles roll...thus shin splints when I run.

He then recommended the New Balance 1540 which is probably the ugliest shoes in the world but built for people with foot issues. Since then I have enjoyed running/cardio even more than lifting weights.

Get your feet tested, get the right running shoes and run as often and as long as you can. And to mix it up I started getting cycling.  Running is something that you can do anywhere and at any age.



how did you burn 1000cal doing 50 mins on 7.5 speed

smells like bullshit to me

you basically burn 100 cals for each mile covered, be it by running, jogging, or walking

so therefore he basically covered 10 miles in 50 mins Cheesy

that's world-class endurance right there, as it's equivalent to a 5 min per mile pace

any cardio is good.

it keeps the fatsos from eating for a while Grin

now i do some running after waking up, just 10 minutes, and maybe 15-20 minutes after lifting weights, just to cleanse my smoker lungs out a bit Cheesy

when its summer,i ride bycicle by choice, adn then the cardio def adds up to 2-3hrs daily, it wasnt too much,did not lose muscle,if thats the question.

No such thing as "too much cardio"...

I tell you, I lifted weights for the first time in almost 3 weeks now. Other than that I just jog my ass off or go for a swim, and eat healthy 98 % of the time. The muscles just wont go away! Thats the beauty of staying natural years after years... I dont even care about size and strength any more, Im big for a natural even by just maintaining size and strength. I still get dirty looks whenever I go for a swim. Girls dont seem to mind either. Wink

Im at the point where I do so much cardio that Im almost sad that Im not smaller due to all the work. But if you really want to lose weight efficiently, you HAVE to go on a diet. Unfortuantly I cant go on a diet while studying, its just impossible - so I just have to make the best out of it. But like I said, theres no such thing as too much cardio, so get your fatt ass on the mill... Angry
