Whats your favourite Meal Replacement? I'm currently using Leanbody Low Carb and its not bad.  Tried the EAS ones but they don't mix very well (altho peanut butter chocolate tastes great).  What kind is your favorite...I'm thinking of trying Optimum Nutriotion one next

And yes I am lazy and don't liek to prepare all solid food meals Cheesy

I was always a big fan of Myoplex strawberry cream.  But am becoming a bigger fan of the Muscle Milk, chocolate milk or vanilla cream.

I really liked methoxymeal by MHP but it doesnt seem to be around anymore.

I also use Met-Rx but make a pudding out of it instead of a true shake.....Many of the others like EAS, Labrada bloat me too much....

Give my product Opticen a try.  It has 52g of a very high quality protein blend (whey, casein, and egg) and 26g of carbs per 90g serving.  The taste is superior.

I am in no way affiliated with Chris or Atlarge but I can say that they produce a pretty decent product in both quality and flavor...
