what is the best program for recording video in parts of your screen on your computer? or full screen.

tried this "Snagit" but the frame rate sucks ball

Camtasia or Camstudio, I use Camstudio, its free and works perfectly

Camstudio is heading down to my harddrive as I type. Will also try "screencast-o-matic" which I just saw.

maybe i'm trying to record the mr olympia stream so there won't be any cover ups this time. it's live right? :)
