I don't want to debate but I strongly encourage you guys to do a little bit more research.
Lard is beneficial and delicious. We're all a bunch of arrogant modern age fools.
lard is KING
unbelievably healthy, especially in northern climates (to help prevent vit-d deficiency, of course vit-d is not a vitamin at all, it's a hormone, but that's a topic for a different debate)
