I am sifting through and compiling Groink's writings into a coffee table book. His thoughts and musings will be organized by topic. There will be a set of glossy photos in the middle of Groink in various poses. This book will cover everything from Groink's training routines, diets, supplementation, as well as his ideas on women, sex, male competetiveness, classic rock, etc. Will look great on the coffee table.
