Yeah 12 weeks is a good number for the first time.  Do you have a PCT planned out?  When I first cycled, years ago I did no PCT and am sure it had to fu*k me up.  So long ago though I dont remember. 

A couple of years ago I cycled without a PCT and it was misserable after comming off!  If you do it right (PCT) you will have minimum down time and keep lots of your size and strength.

I was very stupid.  I paid the price w/ Deca Dick.  Then coming off it took a LONG time for my natural test levels to recover.

I've learned from my mistakes.......

NEVER run Deca without Test.................... ..unless you plan to be a monk.

Examples of (unfortunate) choices that we each have encountered
single component *cycles* - bad VERY idea . . .
questionable drug combinations and choices
lack of estrogen agonists and estrogen blockers during routines
and probably worst no PCT as defined.

yes, i plan to use a pct, im not sure what im going to take yet as far as gear or pct. like i said this is my first cycle so i want to do some more research before i take something i know nothing about
