20" arms

saw  a picture of flex..his measuring 20ins....but it doesn't look it...it looks good, but not 20ins in that condition....if u count the ins at front of arm....its 7..probably 6 if the tape was pulled tight...so where is the other 13 to 14 ins...its not that on other side..

18 inches maybe, Flex has always been a mong.

that doesnt mean much though.

mine are 18 and bit more dead cold(pumped shouldnt even count), but lean.

every muscle appears bigger when lean, so measurements are kinda meaningless.

i could have 20 inch guns within 2 weeks, if i simply ate 15k cals a day.but theyd be flabby.

Mine are not flabby. Not superlean. I have abs and veins.

In the grand scheme of things it does not mean anything at all. Just a milestone I hit without actively and directly pursuing and was a pleasant surprise.

It was measured using one of those wee tape measures like this.

There's about 3 inches of slack on the other side of his arm that you can't see in the pic.

I'm 6'5" and my arms are only 18" ... well maybe 19" but I haven't measured them in over a year. Look small on my frame.

Shit on your arms - you're pretty muscular especially for your height... thinking about the guns is for kids.

No not 3, possibly 2 but I would say 1 and a half
