Anyone notice this too. It`s 6 oclock and it`s already too dark.

For some reason I thought it wasn`t gonna hit until after the time change.

Anyhow how is this effecting your regular training routine.

It's great to get up before dawn to go to the gym

In fact, if it was up to me we'd have permanent nightime. The dark makes me feel normal. The daylight anxious.

I think they should change it so there are liek 3 daylight hours once you get home from work, more time for outdoor pushups, windsprints, and stamina running, along with park bench dips.

It freaks me out. Don't like it at all. I can never tell whether it's AM or PM.

Some days I wake up after going to sleep around 3 am only to look out the window to see darkness and the clock showing 6 something. I panick thinking I have slept out the ENTIRE day.

One day I woke up and the clock said 4:30, so I jumped out of bed in a panic, threw my clothes on in a mad dash to run out and catch the bank open so I could transfer some euro into dollars to pay a few bills. It wasn't until I got to the bank that I realized the sky was getting lighter, not darker, ...and most of the stores and other businesses around the bank weren't yet open. That's when it dawned on me {no pun intended} So I hit the ATM, then headed over to Timmy's for a large Caramel Latte Supreme so I could wake up. I hate it when that happens.

I wouldn't mind the dark as much if it didn't get as cold as it does here in New England.

I started working second shift a few months back, and I woke up early yesterday to travel back from New Jersey. I forgot how dark it is in the morning this time of year. I asked the hotel clerk if I'd forgotten to turn my clock back.

It sucks. My company is in road construction, and with the shorter days, it impedes progress. I hate it. I like the long days of the summer, but dislike the sweltering heat. I guess you take good with the bad. March-May and September are my favorite months.
