Absolutely. For being a little dude Hester is very strong. I trained chest with him about 2 months ago at Gold's Venice. Little cat was moving some real weight. |

Good to see danny hester still in shape, and both him and rico looking healthy, streamlined and young.
Rico could easily be walking around a bloated mess with moon face and chasing dreams, instead he looks good.
