Hell no.  He was overhyped that year  He looked good for Jay but fuck no.  The IFBB has gone in a different direction now.  That is clear.  It would be career suicide for Jay to compete at this point. Heath and Kai kill him from the back.  The judges will now judge it that was as it should have been.  Jay is done. He can come back all he want is he's cool with 4 place or higher.

I am sorry but no one hates Jay more then me but 09 would slaughter any version of Phil, any, absolutely destroy Phil he was striated from top to bottom had a small waist and was fucken way bigger then Phil, it wouldn't even be close, however that is a big if here, Jay can not look like that again, it's a 1 and a million.

If Phil gains then anything goes, but as it stands Phil's best does not hold a candle to Jay 09 and I am purely talking from the judges point of view, anyone who disagrees like wiggs does not know how the judges score. Do I think Phil's physique is better then Jay's? yes way better, but the judges would not score it that way, they would give it to an 09 Cutler
