the way i look at it an "impressive natural" is either

*delusional (and thus only impressive to himself or people who dont know any better)

*lying (and so he is actually on some sort of enhancement drugs)

*genetically gifted


a normal guy cannot expect to look impressive without steroids no matter how dedicated he is to his training, nutrition, and rest



just my theory, i dont claim to have "the truth"

Just admit that you really have disdain for natural bodybuilders.  Seriously.  Funny thing is that a natural will keep more of the muscle that was built doing it the way they do it.  How do the guys on drug keep what they have?  1) They dont.  2) they have to scale the dose or go on "HRT" in order to make up for the damage they did to themselves.  Right?

Again, not bashing you for using...just pointing out the obvious here after reading how you look down your nose at someone training naturally.

I trained in the actual 'mecca' in venice for 5 years and in all that time I hardly ever saw anyone, IFBB pro or otherwise, doing anything with 3 plates.

In the wild, out in regular gyms you might very rarely see some fat retard loading up the bar to 315 and bouncing it off his chest or half squatting it, but on getbig we have natural studs who can bench that much for 20 reps at 10% bf without ever breaking sweat.

krank in da house,,,,,shrugs and squats are the only exercises i get 3 or more plates,squats 4 ..sldl i've done 315 but i lose the feel on the hams at that point ..

You should understand that between what is possible, and what is appropriate, there is a difference. If you start training without gear at the age of 18 years, you will be ready for the pro card when you are at the age of 40 to 50. If you start with gear, you are ready for the pro card at the age of 25-28. How that rules out building muscles as natural, if you don't even aim to competitions. This may come to you as a surprise, but it doesn't. What it gives to you and the rest of the gang is good excuse use drugs, even if you never will step on stage.

yes there are a few big guys on here...Irish Dave is a bit of a Beast...lol. At the end of the Day if people go on the sauce then itīs up to them. I used to be a bit Anti Drugs until i started writing regular in Getbig but now i am really more neutral.. Not everyone lifts to be a Pro or compete and really for me itīs about looking and feeling good and not looking like some guys at my age.. Heavy  is relative,what i lift and gives me a good workout would be for the the big boys here maybe a warm up weight.. Grin

30 years natural training isn't going to get you to a pro card unless you are 5'2' and compete in one of the lighter 2 classes. After 3 years you arn't gaining shit except quality in the muscle and that takes fucking years.
