no nattie will understand this, because they dont know any better, but here is how it really is:

a nattie cant train anywhere near as hard as a person on gear, as long the one on gear somewhat eats right and gets enough rest.

the compare is a total joke.

a geared body will metabolize food way better, it will be very forgiving even if diet is very much off.

the recovery times are not even remotely close in the same league.

and the pump, leading to all kinds of further advantages, is so ridiculous on gear, it cant even be compared.

if a natural with good genetics does everything right, and a gear user with shit genetics does everything wrong, then yes, that natty will have better results.but he will never get big(and lean at same time).

people like you deserve to be beaten with sticks untill they stop perpetuating false promises

Too bad that you'd run away in record time (if you ever had the balls to face me).

PS. People like you just say: "i'm not big because i don't use steroids"...  It's a lame excuse.

lets think about this for a second.

out of all the athletes i know of that are drug free, the ones who have the best bodies work extremely hard. they do lots of high intensity training, going to failure set after set after set, doing sprint workouts till they throw up, etc.  check out the bodies on the kids on your local high school varsity football team. theres some naturals there that are totally ripped and muscular top to bottom. just lots of hard work (and good genes too).

out of all the drug users i know of..  some of the biggest and most developed train extremely lazy. paul dillet comes to mind. chris cormier.victor martinez. markus ruhl. flex wheeler. tony freeman. etc etc.

Naturals should train more like a powerlifter, with very heavy weights and low reps all the time. Train the full body three times a week and drink a gallon of milk a day and you'll be 70's big in no time.

Isolation exercises are a waste for naturals because you will overtrain if you do so much as a single set of curls.

If you do things right 6' 200 lbs with 17?! arms is VERY possible. Face it you don't have what it takes and you are not even willing to "spend" money on good food and you say shit like this.

You belong to the TOP 10 Worst poster ever...

Yeh sure but at what bodyfat. Eating more won't make you suddenly gain muscle beyond your natural limitations. Naturally there is a limit, if you get ripped naturally you arn't looking like a bodybuilder when wearing clothes.

Answer: hard/heavy, bodypart every 5-7th day. That's it, for a natural.

Thread ends, says Dr Dutch.

IMHO, this is probably a mistake for a natural.

For a natural, the so-called "anabolic window" after a training session is very small.  Hitting a bodypart once per week means you're growing perhaps 1-2 days, then regressing the remainder of the week (while your nervous system is still smashed.)

If you are on drugs, you can grow even without the training stimulus, this is why once per week works well for them.

Fullbody or a sensible upper/lower (or push/pull) split perhaps with some periodisation (Heavy-Light-Medium) works very well for naturals. HST is also a great methodology.

You'll never look like a "real" bodybuilder though...

Without gear, the best thing to do is to manipulate the diet and get really lean(6-8%) 6 months out of the year and then put on weight(10-12%) 6 months out of the year. You'll trick your mind into thinking your making progress. And you'll have a pussy pulling physique a few months out of the year.

I trained as hard as the guys on the gas in my gym.  I think you should rephrase what you said.  Most guys on the shit DONT train hard because they realize they dont have to.  I think it might be more accurate to say that the naturals can not CONTINUE with high intensity training like someone using the shit could.  Agree?

Not not at all, I don't care much for that look, but it seems to be what many people have in mind when thinking "bodybuilder" isn't it?

I think a natural can develop a very good, muscular physique but we do have to adjust our expectations!

Its what they think because that's what has been shoved down their throats. So, how is it a natural isn't a "real" bodybuilder?  You made the comment...so please explain.

or you can try bulking as a natty and youll simply become obese.

as a natural, after years of training and being close to the growth limit, id train 2-3 times a week, any more wont do anything anyway.
Agree.. I train 3 Days a week Chest+back
                                                        off
                                                        Legs
                                                        off
                                                        shoulders+ arms
                                                        weekend off

this is enough for me along with 2-3 times a week running. I think anymore would just tire me too much and i would not recover... well i never was going to be Mr O anyway... Grin

1 thing about being natural is that it take ages to lose what you have gained, when I started working(and stopped posting on getbig for years) I didnt train for 12 months and even though I didn't have much to lose anyway I kept the little that i did have with no training lol. I only went from bench pressing 110kgx8 to 100kgx8 after not training for almost a year. When I first entered a gym at 15 I could only do 50kgx8.

Basically in a year of not training I only lost 25lbs off max bench press.

dillet, cormier, martinez, ruhl and wheeler dont train lazy.

they are all very strong.they lifted heavy weights and did plenty of sets, how is that lazy?

seen flex wheeler pics when he was about 20years old?you think that came from lazy training?

seen him incline bench 400lbs?how is that lazy?

none of these pro got where they been by training lazy.

they all did foundation work for years and then focussed more on detail, took it easier on the weight maybe, but lazy, no.

theyre bbuilders, not powerlifters.

Explain that to gh15 minions who think they can build physique doing no linear weight progression and performing some pre-exhaust isolation bullshit.

3 times weekly moderate intensity is more than enough.

This. And if you want to b a little leaner, up the intensity.
