Who gives a shit what other mens bodies look like  Want to be big? Lift heavy shit, eat alot. Want to be ripped? Lift light shit, eat less. It isn't rocket science ya fucks!!! The only thing I will disagree with is the 'lift light'. I lifted heavy and was able to stay lean. I just dont its super safe to be lean and going heavy.

I agree with galeniko, if you stay on a hrt dose, what can go wrong really ? it is just what people make naturally, hell you can even go higher and be fine. u just need to control e2 and other hormones by checking your bloods reguarly
When you want to force your body to put some size on you can do a 6 week cycle and cruise again. those guys who run grams non stop always go on about how "their bloods" are good, but i think they are lying

Yeh sure but at what bodyfat. Eating more won't make you suddenly gain muscle beyond your natural limitations. Naturally there is a limit, if you get ripped naturally you arn't looking like a bodybuilder when wearing clothes.
I'm pure ecto and around those numbers and i am not maxed out, my diet is absolute shit. I have no idea what the natural limit is i am pretty sure i could hit 220 sub ten at 6'1 natty though.

My arms are about 17 and my waist is 29 atm haha, but i'm carrying water, i have never been able to get really dry, but i may start sorting my diet out, i'm taking a lot of meds atm and its fucking my appetite up. I think i need to get my arms up to 18 and a half and my waist to 28 for perfect aesthetics.

tells me "hey i see you workout hard....me i used to be huge.....i'm 40 something now i still look good....i never took steroids tho...they destroy you...thats why i still look so good at 40 something...i used to be almost ready to go on stage but i didnt want to take steroids...they destory yor body...i'm telling you dont take them...see i still look great at 40 something...."

in my gym, theres about a dozen jacked 50plus aged guys, theyre all doing fine.
while the not jacked guys at that age look like shit.
they train in vain, its pointless, you can tell the body isnt meant to do that at their age with natural(noexistent)hormone levels.
i gave some advice to one guy for bench press, he replied it dont matter for him anymore, hes old.
he trained with thick pullover to appear bigger and hide his fat(as if its temporary fat,lol, when hes always fat).
i said its never too late for anything in traing, not until youre 60.
he said hes doing it since 30 years.
30 freaking years only to look like garbage and force yourself to wear thick pullover.ffs.
a bodybuilder stays lean year round, or hes simply no bodybuilder.
anything over 14 or so percent bodyfat is a random fatso who recently started training.
some natties truly never lose their faith, even if the results dont come in a lifetime,lol
well i dont know the guy was dressed to leave so could not assess his physique. didnt look like he lifted weights i mean even his legs were thin as shit i could see thru the jeans what is sad about this guy *the fact he claimed to be huge and then claimed to be lifelong natural either suggests he is lying about his former size, about his natural status, or possibly both *he taps himself on the back repeatedly talking to me like i give two shits about him *at that age i would hope bodybuilding is just a hobby, not something you boast about (especially if you are a scrawny homo). most likely he is an under achiever with no real accomplishments *said i looked watery need to do this and that like i give a damn i just wanted to tell him straight up he comes off as a desperate loser but decided not to burst his delusions

haha the small guys who tell other ppl they look watery. i used to be bigger too at younger age, but i still am big  ask him next time why he trains at all, since he looks like he doesnt train  he will answer (he said something like this) that he doesnt look big in clothes but is really "ripped" and i always wonder so fucking what think that impresses anyone? a fat guy will make him embarrassed and feel like a weak bitch if he had any rational thought these are the tanned fags who spend decades in the gym pumping their little "ripped" "muscles" telling "novices" "how to train" and "be great" like them a lot of """""""""""""""""""""""" in this post but i felt it was needed the way i looked at it i've reached my "natural peak" or as close as i can to it without breaking the boundaries of sanity about a year ago when i did a doubel bodyweight olympic squat for 5 reps with no belt or attributes at 85kg bodyweight (about 6' height, naturally lean with food stuffing for strength) then i realized how hard it had been and how quickly it left me again this "training effect" and i just said oh well fuck it training without steroids is like trying to cross the atlantic in a rubber boat using your hands as propellors so at this point i'm just training to maintain a level of shape and direct my energy towards career advancement. i think ive reduced to 82kg bodyweight will probably shrink even more i considered steroids but accelerating natural hair loss process is not a price i am willing to pay at my age

You can train way more than that, as long as you lower the total volume. I squatted as much as 5 times a week and there are people who squat 13 sessions a week.

I've been training 11 years. First 5-6 years I trained like most of the pros with the traditional 6-7 day split with high intensity. It worked pretty well but I found out that some body parts just need a lot more work.
Nowadays I might do 1-1.5 sessions a week for a strong body part like (chest, arms in my case) and 2-3 to weak parts ( back&shoulders) I rarely go to failure that's the key.
