yes

of course you also need muscle in all the right places


i think with enough steroids joe average can develop muscle size beyond their wildest dreams

but to look aesthetic like this is genetics is it not

this right here is the ideal "look" (of course you cannot judge a physique from one picture but in this picture it captures what would be the "ideal" every day physique)

in my gym, a lot of guys on juice

i dont know their cycles

but only one of them looks good actually

the other ones have really bloated waist despite shape of abs visible. and i dont even assume they are on slin and gh, guess the steroids can bloat the waiste as well........

he does have that "tren face" i keep reading about

almost cartoonishly angular face

lol, dj181, that shredded look in that pic, nobody can keep that for more than couple days.that physique with some 2-3 preent mpore bodyfat will look alot less impressive btw.

gotta stay realistic.i prefer some look thats possible to hold to year round, instead of being in shape for couple weeks a year after flooding body with tren and other dieting drugs.i mean if one looks like shit 10 months every year,its pointless is nt it.

i agree, alot comes down to structure, if the structure sucks, its impossible to look any good, except if totally ripped, or in t shirt.

a good structure with some lean mass on it is going long ways.

bad structure ppl have to work around.

some just arent made for this.

it just takes more time than on steroids is the most blatant lie ever told in this business.

i respect naturals who give their best but dont live under any delusions how far theyll get.(a swimmers body).

tren is way overrated.

all steroids are more or less the same, you can get shredded on deca and dbol and nothing else, just as one can become a bloated mess on tren and masteron.

many gear users dont even understand how steroids work.to think tren burns fat, like some claim, is spiiting on science and the known rules how a body works.even adonis diet approach is less stupid than that tren claim

Whats miniscule?  I am still 200-205 lbs depending on the day/cheat meal.  During my competitive days, I was walking around at 215-220 with higher bodyfat.  I competed at about 188 or so.

Here is a recent pic.  Going to throw yours out there?  Or are you going to just bark like a little chihuahua and talk about what is impressive or not impressive, whats real and whats not, whats ideal and less than ideal?

Here is a pic from yesterday at Mom's house (before any smart ass comments about bathroom decor..lol).  Pellius is calling me a fat ass...looks like I need to hit the gym a little more (and then the tanning bed 3x a day)

Yea, I know boring questions but indulge me.

200mg....not like the 50 would matter...right?  Mine is prescribed.  Test Cyp compounded in lab in Wisconsin.  I have to do blood tests every 3 mos.  I pay out of pocket because no insurance.  I am happy that I have good relationships built with some diagnostic places as I just got an mri of elbow and shoulder for no charge.

Check out the "training log" i have for diet and exercise stuff.  I havent posted my diet lately just because it is the same (essentially) Mon - Saturday with a cheat meal on thursday night and a cheat day on sunday.

suddenly increase everything training related. Moreover you don't need that much stimulus to grow
on steroids.

Basically all experienced trainees I've seen start steroids instinctively lowered frequency and volume.

If I tried training as hard today, at 35 and on steroids, as I did at 15, I'd be dead in a week, or at least have a dozen torn muscles. Cheesy

30 years natural training isn't going to get you to a pro card unless you are 5'2' and compete in one of the lighter 2 classes. After 3 years you arn't gaining shit except quality in the muscle and that takes fucking years.

Endless storage of bullshit what you have there. You brats doesn't understand that as far as the amount of knowledge grows, different means to maintain muscle growth increase as well, meaning how to eat, how to train and how to recover. Like I say, most of you guys are only seeking for excuse to a. drop training altogether b. using drugs c. train like little bitches because "naturals can't grow". That is bullshit. You can get lots of mass without drugs, but it is hard as hell. That's why you are whining instead of doing it. Instead of whining, how about trying something new for a change, like using good form and perfect range of motion? For you, that would be first time.
