The timing of his arrest for probation violation and holding him (without bail?) stinks.
But wouldn't it be said that the timing was due to the sudden scrutiny placed on him, being linked from the activities in question, and the denial was due to a successful argument to show he was a flight risk?
You probably know more about this situation than me, and I'd be interested to know what you think about it.
