Doing Biceps Curls And Feeling A Pain In Arm?
« on: October 10, 2012, 01:34:45 PM »
Hey Brah's, I was at 24 hour fitness slamming my bi's and when I got home, blending my protein shake really was a chore. I noticed my arms had a real sorness to them.  What could be happening here?

Thanks Bra's.

Well, my arm swelled up after lifting but went away about 45 minutes after.  I believe its the muscle...damn, felt full or sumthing.

When I used a straight bar I would get long lasting tendinitis pains in my forearms...switched to cambered bars and it has never returned.

It's muscular pain. Sometimes happens after the first time you workout.
